All of our sessions are always tailored to you! We check in with you at the beginning of each class and can always modify the session based on what you need. Every body is different. Our bodies are made to move. Mindfully. This class blends movements from Tai Chi, Yoga, Dance and Pilates to give you a deeper understanding of the connection between mind body and spirit. This class challenges the body through isometric holds allowing you to explore your own boundaries and limits when it comes to physical and mental endurance. This class is suitable for EVERYONE. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness party to Latin rhythms. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
MegaFit is a fast-paced exercise class that will have you working hard and having fun. The workout will include a variety of body-weight movements with a HIIT or circuit training style and end with mindful stretching.
Feel like you're swimming upstream? Come get back in the flow. In this all levels yoga class you will align movement and breath to intentionally flow through poses, building strength and flexibility.
Yoga for Beginners
If you're looking to start yoga but aren't sure where to begin, this class is a great place to start. Learn the basics of yoga in a judgement-free, supportive class. No experience or level of flexibility/bendiness required!
A series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Tai chi is sometimes described as meditation in motion because it promotes serenity through gentle movements.
Dance Fit is a class that teaches you how to use your body through the basic training of dance and ballet. This class will help strengthen your body through awareness, posture, and isolation of movements. This assists the body with better balance and coordination.
